These terms govern your use of PlumberEstimate.com, operated by ThriveUp LLC ("PlumberEstimate," "we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What PlumberEstimate is

PlumberEstimate is an informational tool. It gives homeowners a planning estimate for common plumbing jobs and connects them with one featured independent local plumbing professional. We are not a plumbing company. We do not perform plumbing work, hold a plumbing license, or supervise the professionals listed on the site.

Estimates are planning ranges, not quotes

The cost ranges shown on the site are planning estimates built from general 2026 pricing and the answers you provide. They are not quotes, bids, or guarantees of price. Real pricing depends on an on-site inspection of your specific situation. The only firm number is one a licensed professional gives you after seeing the job. Do not rely on a range as a final price.

Independent local professionals

The featured local plumbers are independent businesses, not our employees or agents. We do not guarantee their work, licensing, insurance, pricing, availability, or conduct. Any agreement for plumbing work is strictly between you and that professional. You are responsible for confirming a professional's license, insurance, and scope before hiring. We encourage you to verify a plumber's South Carolina license before work begins.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information so estimates and follow-up are useful.
• Use the site lawfully and only for your own home or property needs.
• Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false requests.

For plumbing businesses

Featured-position and partnership arrangements are governed by a separate written agreement. Nothing on this public site creates a partnership, guarantee of leads, or other commitment to a plumbing business. Use of the site does not by itself make any business a featured partner.

Intellectual property

The site, its content, design, and the estimate tool are owned by ThriveUp LLC and protected by law. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse the content or tool without our written permission.

No warranties

The site and its estimates are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThriveUp LLC and PlumberEstimate are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, from any estimate, or from any work performed or not performed by an independent professional you connect with through the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid us, which for homeowners using the site is zero.

Indemnification

You agree to hold ThriveUp LLC harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or your dealings with a professional you found through it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
